Senior Laravel Developer

Trak Software is seeking a Senior Laravel developer to join our growing remote team. An ideal candidate should have multiple years of experience with Laravel, with great communication skills. This position provides direct communication to leadership, helping implement features for some of the industries top professional sports teams.

While we recognize that some candidates may not be expert-level Laravel developers, we’re open to the idea of an otherwise ideal candidate gaining greater Laravel proficiency on the job. We require working familiarity with Laravel.

Further, you must be able to build and deliver full stack modern web applications, including proficiency with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React, and the ability to hand-code responsive HTML and CSS.

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Ability to work continental-US hours (partial overlap with MST time zone)

  • Access to consistent, high-speed Internet

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to self-manage and organize in remote work environments

  • Attention to detail

Technical Requirements

  • 8-10+ Years experience with Web Development

  • Proficient in PHP - Laravel (5-8+ years)

  • Proficient in VueJS or similar framework (3+ years)

  • Experience in Unit Testing

  • Proficient in HTML / CSS / Javascript

  • Bootstrap CSS Framework Experience

  • Nice to Haves

    • AWS Infrastructure Experience

    • Ubuntu / Linux Configuration

    • Experience in Agile workflows

    • Experience developing SaaS applications
